Very nice post, waiting for the sunshine to come and stay awhile. Loved the pictures and, of course, your poetry. Is that a strawberry you recently planted? Hope all is well with all.

It is foggy here in South Carolina this morning…it gets into the bones. Beautiful photographs….showing the true beauty of a fog filled day. Enjoyed as always. Love you both.

Being my own worst critic, I tend to see where I could improve, particularly when I look at others’ photos. And, you don’t see the many photos that I dump (lol). 🙂
I take a couple of thousand photos a month. Very few make the grade for my photo of the day which just goes to show how crap mine can be
I am betting that even professional photographers experience this.
Yeah, they have to start somewhere I suppose 🙂

I looked outside this morning and saw the fog and out the door I went. I love fog, most particularly when I’m walking along the ocean’s shore. We did take a break from physical labor today (lol). 🙂

We are hoping that in the next few weeks we can get back to a somewhat “normal” life, where we are hiking and I am taking off for photo opportunities. It is apparent to us just how difficult this property is for elderly parents to maintain as we look around at how much needs to be done. There are days when we drag ourselves into the house that we feel this is too much for us (lol).
Thank you for taking us to the countryside. These photos are poetic!
